Warm Spinach Breakfast Smoothie

½ jar Bon Sip Chicken FOBMAP Bone Broth
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 tbsp hemp seeds

Heat bon sip sipping chicken bone broth in saucepan to a simmer - do not allow to reach a rolling boil. Add the spinach and heat to wilt. Transfer contents to a food processor or vitamix. Add hemp seeds and puree until smooth.
Pour into mug or bowl.
