Roasted Beef Bone Broth Chilli/Chili Con Carne

Cook time: 2 hours⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Serves: 6⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 large Spanish onion, finely chopped⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 cloves garlic, minced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 each green, yellow, red pepper, diced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 ½ lbs extra lean ground beef⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 14 ozs can diced tomatoes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 cups Bon Sip Roasted Beef Sipping Bone Broth ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp each dried oregano, thyme, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, cinnamon, cocoa ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
powder, instant coffee⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp tomato paste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
salt and black pepper to taste.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*Heat olive oil in large pot over low heat⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*Add chopped onion, stir and cook until translucent, 2-3 minutes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*Add garlic and mix well⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*Add beef and stir until no longer pink⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*Add diced peppers and stir constantly for 3 minutes to combine well.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*Add Bon Sip Roasted Beef Sipping Bone Broth, tomatoes, spices and tomato paste.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*Cover pot and let simmer for 2 hours to allow all flavours to “marry”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*Season with salt and pepper, to taste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
