Cream of Turkey Soup

4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp all purpose flour
4 cups Bon Sip Chicken FODMAP Bone Broth
1 cup half and half
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 cup cooked turkey breast, diced to bite size pieces
½ cup onions, chopped
½ cup carrot, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped


Melt butter in a saucepan until frothing. Blend in flour and stir to a roux. Add vegetable and saute for 5 minutes. Add Bon Sip Chicken FODMAP Bone Broth and cream. Stir constantly on medium heat until it thickens. And add spices and turkey. Let simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes - do not allow to come to a rolling boil.
